Ingredients:

10 slices TURANO BAVARIAN LIGHT RYE BREAD
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
2 ripe beefsteak tomatoes, sliced thin
2 heads Bibb lettuce
3 ripe avocados
1 1/2 lbs. roasted turkey breast (deli or leftover)
1/2 cup blue cheese salad dressing

Roasted Turkey Avacado and Bacon on Turano Bavarian Rye

Directions:

1. Peel, trim, and thinly slice the red onion. Wash, trim, and thinly slice tomatoes. Wash and dry the lettuce.
2. Cut the avocados in half and remove pits; scoop flesh into bowl and lightly mash.
3. Spread 5 slices of TURANO BAVARIAN LIGHT RYE BREAD with blue cheese dressing, layer with onion, tomatoes, lettuce, and turkey.
4. Before topping sandwich, spread avocado on remaining 5 slices of bread.
5. Top sandwich and enjoy!
