    How long will Turano bread stay fresh?

  • Our products that are sold in plastic bags have a 5 day shelf life so you can enjoy them at home for several days. Bread sold in open paper bags has a 24 hour shelf life.

    • Is there any way to extend the freshness of bread?

  • You should never refrigerate fresh bread. Refrigeration dries bread out very quickly.
  • If you want to store bread, place a tightly wrapped loaf in a freezer immediately when you get home. If the bread is in a paper bag, ensure that the loaf is wrapped with your favorite plastic wrap so that it does not get freezer burned.
  • If your bread starts to get a little stale, just place it in a microwave for 15-30 seconds to soften it.
