YOU GOTTA CIABATTA!

PESTO TURKEY CIABATTA

4 OZ. TURKEY BREAST
2 OZ. PROVOLONE CHEESE (sliced)
2 TBSP. BASIL PESTO SPREAD
1 TBSP. MAYONNAISE
THIN SLICED TOMATO
RED LEAF LETTUCE
TURANO CIABATTA SANDWICH SQUARE

SLICE CIABATTA HORIZONTALLY, AND BAKE OR GRILL THE SQUARE TO CRISP. SPREAD INSIDE BOTTOM OF THE SQUARE WITH MAYO, AND ½ THE PESTO SPREAD. LAYER WITH LETTUCE LEAF, TURKEY SLICES, PROVOLONE CHEESE, AND TOMATO SLICES. SPREAD THE REMAINDER OF THE PESTO ON INSIDE OF LID, COVER, CUT DIAGONALLY AND SERVE.
