POPCORN PO-BOY WITH SALSA
BREADED
SMALL SHRIMP
1 TBSP. TARTAR SAUCE
SHREDDED LETTUCE LEAVES
2 TBSP. FRESH SALSA
1 TBSP. THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING
WEDGE OF LEMON
LOUISIANA HOT SAUCE
TURANO FRENCH ROLL
IF USING
PRE-COOKED POPCORN SHRIMP, HEAT IN OVEN BEFORE USING.
CUT BREAD INTO A "V". SPREAD WITH TARTAR SAUCE THEN LETTUCE,
SALSA, SHRIMP, AND DRESSING. THEN SQUEEZE JUICE FROM LEMON OVER
TOP AND ENJOY.
FOR JUST A LITTLE MORE PUNCH, SPRINKLE WITH A FEW DROPS OF HOT
SAUCE.

CHICKEN WITH PINEAPPLE
4-6 OZ.
CHICKEN BREASTS (BONELESS & SKINLESS)
GARLIC, SALT & PEPPER
1 CAN PINEAPPLE RINGS
WITH JUICE
FRESH SPINACH LEAVES
JUICE FROM 1 LEMON
GARLIC MAYO*
TURANO GOURMET ROLL
*GARLIC MAYO
- 1/2
CUP MAYONNAISE
- 1 LG. GARLIC CLOVE PRESSED
- 1 TSP. LEMON JUICE
- PINCH OF SALT
BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS UNTIL SMOOTH
SAUTÉ: CHICKEN IN 1 TBSP. OIL, SEASON WITH GARLIC,
SALT, AND PEPPER. WHEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES, SQUEEZE JUICE OF LEMON OVER CHICKEN, PLACE PINEAPPLE RING ON
BREASTS, ADD JUICE FROM PINEAPPLE CAN AND SIMMER UNTIL SAUCE BECOMES THICK. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND PLACE
ON BUN TOP WITH GARLIC MAYO AND SPINACH LEAVES.
