LB. LEAN GROUND TURKEY
- ½ CUP
DRIED SWEETENED CRANBERRIES
- ½ CUP
BREAD CRUMBS (SEASONED W/1/2 TSP. GINGER)
- ¼ CUP
COARSE CHOPPED WALNUTS
- ¼ CUP
SPANISH ONION (CHOPPED FINE)
- SALT
& PEPPER TO TASTE
- 1 TBSP.
OIL
- 1 TBSP.
BUTTER
- LETTUCE
- TOMATO
SLICES
- MAYONAISE
- TURANO
BIG ONE BUN (May
we also suggest using our Turano
Ciabatta Sandwich Square)
MIX
ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT BUTTER AND OIL, AND LET SIT FOR ONE HOUR.
FORM TURKEY BURGERS TO SIZE DESIRED. MEANWHILE, HEAT
OIL TO MEDIUM HIGH AND FRY BURGERS UNTIL BROWN, TURN AND CONTINUE
TO COOK UNTIL DONE. (SHOULD BE FIRM TO THE TOUCH)
SPREAD
BUN WITH MAYO, TOP WITH LETTUCE LEAVES, TOMATO, AND BURGER.
