TURANO FRENCH ROLLS
16 oz.

Our classic hearth baked sandwich roll. Great for any type of sandwich.
Turano French Rolls' light crust and soft texture will give this roasted specialty an excellent robust taste.

CAJUN CLUB SANDWICH

Using one of the Turano Family's Newest members -- The Turano French Roll. Enjoy this Southern spicy creation.

2 oz. smoked turkey
2 oz. smoked ham
2 strips cooked bacon
1 slice jack cheese
Sliced avocado
Leaf lettuce
*Cajun Mayonnaise (recipe follows )

Cajun Mayonnaise
1 cup mayonnaise or your favorite salad dressing
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 TBSP lemon juice

Mix above four ingedients in a bowl and allow to set before serving.
May be made day before (Will last 3 weeks in the refrigerator.)

Spread inside of roll with mayo, then layer with turkey, ham, cheese, bacon, avocado, and lettuce leaf. Cover and serve. What a kick you will get out of this!
