Turano French Rolls' light crust and soft texture will give this roasted specialty an excellent robust taste.

ROASTED VEGETABLES ON TURANO FRENCH ROLL
Our Traditional French Bread Roll

Should make 3 to 4 sandwiches.

• 1 Medium Eggplant sliced lengthwise into 1/2" slices
• 2 Medium Butternut Squash sliced into 1/2" slices
• 4 to 6 Zucchini cut into 1/2" slices
• 1 Large Red Pepper cut into 6 lengthwise (seeded)
• 4 to 6 slices Domestic Provolone (6 oz.)
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Salt & Pepper
• 4 Cloves Fresh Garlic, peeled
• 3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
• Turano French Rolls

Place all veggies into a roasting pan, sprinkle with salt & pepper, 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil, and whole garlic cloves.

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees, then roast veggies for approximately 15 minutes or until tender but still crunchy.

Remove from oven and, while still hot, sprinkle with vinegar.

Allow to cool slightly before creating sandwich.

Meanwhile, open roll and grill or toast to slightly crisp.

Traditional hearth baked sandwich roll. Sturdy texture and outstanding flavor make it a great choice for hearty deli sandwiches.
Turano Kaiser Rolls are perfect for this unique, healthy sandwich idea.

• 3 oz. Lump Crabmeat or imitation Crab
• 2 tbsp Chopped Celery
• 2 tbsp 1000 Island Dressing + 1 tbsp additional
• Salt & Pepper to taste
• 1 oz. Roasted Red Pepper (Cut into Strips)
• 1/2 Avocado sliced
• 1 Roma Tomato sliced
• Turano Kaiser Rolls

In a bowl, mix first four ingredients together, except extra dressing.

Spread mixture on inside of roll, top with sliced avocado, roasted pepper, and tomato, then pour in remaining dressing. Cover with lid, heat and serve.
